Also known as: Attachments
Files can be added to items as attachments, such as images, videos, PDFs, Word documents, and Excel sheets, from our desktop computer or smartphone.
There are two main types of attachments:
Inline attachments are pictures and videos that can be dragged and dropped directly into descriptions and comments while they’re being edited. This is an excellent way to enhance and explain your descriptions and comments with various media, including screenshots, images, and videos. Once you click on these images and videos, they’ll open in a lightbox view, allowing you to zoom in and view them in full screen.
All types of files can be uploaded as attachments to an item using the “Add files” button in the Item preview section. For desktop users, simply drag and drop the files onto the button to upload. For mobile users, click the button and select the files you want to upload.
Once an item has one or more file attachments, the file section becomes active, enabling you to browse, add, remove, download, and view all the attached files.
